Terms of use

What this is
Brainy Records' live stations play house music and entertainment, in Spanish. The characters are fictional and the voices are synthetic; facts are quoted with their source. Nothing said on air is financial, legal, medical or real estate advice.
Music and shows
The shows and house songs are offered for listening on this site and in the podcast, for personal use. You may not download them to redistribute them or use them commercially without permission.
Custom song
- How it works: you tell us the topic (or give us your lyrics), the genre and the language, and we make an original song with AI tools. Before paying you hear a free 30-second preview and see the lyrics; once the payment clears we produce the full song (a few minutes) with the same lyrics, so it may sound different from the preview. Delivery time is an estimate: we make a limited number of songs per day and don't produce at certain hours.
- Price and payment: USD 7.99 per song, one-time payment (not a subscription), charged through PayPal when you confirm the purchase. The price includes the full song as an MP3 download.
- Refunds: since the preview is free and you hear it before paying, there are no refunds once the song is purchased and available to download, except for technical failures (damaged file, cut-off audio, or a song that doesn't sing the lyrics you ordered): in that case we redo it or refund you. Email us within 14 days of purchase.
- Use: the song is for personal, non-commercial use: give it as a gift, listen to it, post it on your personal social media or videos. Don't register it as your own work with a collecting society or distribute it on streaming platforms without written permission. Because of how AI works, it may resemble other songs and we don't guarantee exclusivity.
- Content: we don't make songs with sexual content involving minors, explicit sexual content, hate or violence against people or groups, or that attack or defame real people; we don't use other people's lyrics either. Those requests are rejected automatically at no charge. You're responsible for having permission to use the names of the people you mention.
- 18 and over: lyrics with profanity or adult themes are only made if you state you're 18 or older. To buy, you must be 18 or have a responsible adult's permission.
- Limits: one free song (preview) per email per day and a few requests per connection, so the service works for everyone.
- Affiliates: some links to this site belong to Clickwise affiliates, who earn a commission if you buy. It costs you nothing extra.
Your radio (K-pop Fan Radio, Mi Radio)
- How it works: after hearing your free first show (see "Your idea → your show" below), you pick the format of your daily radio (and your groups, for K-pop) and the time. If you subscribe, your radio airs every day at the time you chose (in your time zone): K-pop Fan Radio about 5 minutes and Mi Radio about 15 per episode, up to 2 episodes a day. You listen on your private channel.
- How it's made: we look for what you asked about in public sources, check that each story exists and is recent, and an AI system writes the script using only those facts, naming the outlet on air and linking the sources in each episode. The voices are synthetic (not real people) and the theme music is generated. Mistakes can happen: when in doubt, go to the cited source. It isn't financial, legal, medical or real estate advice.
- Price and billing: K-pop Fan Radio USD 5.99 a month and Mi Radio USD 249 a month, in US dollars. The first 7 days are free; after that PayPal charges the price every month, in advance, until you cancel. To start the trial you approve the subscription in PayPal.
- Cancellation: cancel anytime from your radio's page (the link is in your emails) or from your PayPal account. If you cancel during the trial, you pay nothing. If you cancel later, there are no more charges and your radio keeps airing until the end of the period already paid.
- Refunds: we don't refund periods that have already started, except for technical failures on our side (for example, days without an episode): in that case we refund the proportional part. Email us within 14 days of the charge.
- Private channel: your channel doesn't appear on the site or in search engines; anyone with its link can listen. It's for your personal use: don't rebroadcast the episodes or use them commercially without written permission.
- Content: the topics you ask for follow the same rules as custom songs (no hate, sexual content or attacks on real people). We may reject a request at no charge.
- Limits: one daily radio per free show. We may delay an episode for maintenance; if an episode doesn't air, it counts toward refunds.
Your idea → your show
- How it works: you tell us the idea for a radio show and your email. An AI system reads your idea later (not live) and produces a 2- to 3-minute segment and an original song for that show; we email you the link. The show can be in English or in other languages.
- Price: the first one is free (one per email, confirmed by link). From the second one on it's USD 9.99, a one-time PayPal payment before we produce it. If we can't produce it (content rules or a technical failure), we refund the full payment.
- Real people: we never imitate a real person, their name or their voice. If your idea says "like this show or that host", we take it only as style inspiration. The segment is fiction: it isn't information or the opinion of anyone real.
- Content: the same rules as songs and radios (no hate, sexual content, attacks on real people or profanity). We may reject an idea at no charge.
- Use: the segment and the song are for your personal use (listen to them, share them on your personal social media). Synthetic voices and music generated by Brainy Records.
Community radios
- What's published: the free trial (the first show from "Your idea → your show", your 30-second song preview or your radio demo) is published in Community radios, with the radio or song name, language, genre, date, audio and lyrics. Never your email, your name or the name of the person the song is for. The form tells you before you send it.
- Filter: before publishing we check there's no explicit sexual content, hate, anything about minors or attacks on named real people. When in doubt, it isn't published.
- Paid stays private: the episodes, songs and radios you pay for stay private unless you choose to publish them from their page. If you buy the full song, the preview leaves the section.
- Removing it: remove it anytime from your order's page ("Don't publish it" or "Remove from Community radios") or by emailing us.
The service
The live radio is offered as is, free and without a guarantee that it will always be available.
